We are five people but we also have a baby with us. Can I book a one bedroomed apartment and have the baby sleep in the bed with us?
Unfortunately not, for safety reasons,it’s necessary to respect the maximum capacity for each type of apartment. You will need to book a larger apartment.
If I arrive after the check in time, how can I get the keys?
When arriving outside official times, we ask that you get in touch with us so that we can give you the information necessary to reach your apartment and find the keys.
Is the reception always open?
No, the reception is open only on Saturdays and during the check in time. During the week, we are available at the office of the Tenuta di Morzano, which is located at 50 meters from the reception.
Is there a restaurant service?
No, but 2 kilometers away from Borgo Filicardo there is the town ofMontespertoli, and here, you can find numerous coffee shops and pastry shops and you can have an excellent breakfast. There is also a supermarket and grocery store as well as restaurants and pizza parlours. The nearest restaurant is just 700 metersfar from the residence.
Is there a Wi Ficonnection?
Yes, of course. There is free Wi Fi inside Borgo Filicardo both in the apartments and the outdoor areas.
Are bed linen provided, or should we bring our own?
Yes, certainly. When you arrive, you will find bed linen, bath and kitchen towels already present in your apartment and if you stay longer than seven nights, you will be provided with a change of linens.
Is the charge for the final cleaning at the end of our stay, extra?
No, the cost of the final cleaning is included in the price of your stay.
